Northstone, part of regeneration business Peel L&P, is an award-winning housebuilder based in the North West, who have a strong track record of delivering sustainable communities. Northstone are delighted to share with you their plans to develop 154 new homes at land north of Meadowbrook, Burscough.
Northstone will submit a full (detailed) planning application to West Lancashire Borough Council, but while proposals evolve, they want to reach out to the local community to seek you views on the proposed development. Northstone would like your feedback as they strive to create a new, distinctive, integrated and inclusive community that meets the needs of the local population.
